Xilo my new Street Fighter OC

Xilo~ My new OC here~
I think ive explained many of his moves before~ Anyways, RESAYING HIS SF4 MOVES AGAIN!

Update:
Attacks/Command List:
1.Bingo Wheel - A Hip-Hopped Kartwheel attack
[Left (Hold), Right + K.]
-Light =fast spin,
-Medium = Normal spin,
-Heavy = Slow but knocks down Opponent,
-EX = Heavy Fast, And launches with a drum strike.

2.Hyakyaku- Triple kick only ver of Chun Li's Hyakuretsukyaku
[Half Circle back+ Kick.]
-Light is One kick,
-Medium is Double kick,
-Heavy is Triple kick,
-EX is Lightning Triple kick with a roundhouse kick.

3. GuZhiWu (Dancing Drummer) - Spinning Diagonal drummer, bashes opponents face rapidly. Like Red Cyclone.
[Left (Hold), Right + Punch]
-LPMPHP = Triple Strike with a launch property at end.
- EX = Quick Triple Strike, sending opponent flying .

4. Bingo Dunk - Dunking his opponents hard when they jump, causing them to bounce if timed correctly.
[*During Jump, Down + HP]

5. Bingo Bash - Stores energy with a hand holding Bollangu and bashes the head of the opponent.
[MP+MK (hold)]

Super:
Bingo Draw - Xilo curls into a twist doing a Bingo Wheel along with a reverse, followed by a Bingo Smack.
[Left (hold), Right, Left, Right + Kick]

Bingo Carnival - Xilo does a quick Bingo Wheel along with a heavy reverse kick.* After the hit lands, opponent flies to the sky and Xilo crouches down, and bounce high. Xilo will use his drum to meet with the opponent and finally sending his opponent to the ground with a Heavy Bingo dunk.
[Left (hold), Right, Left, Right + 3Kicks]

Gon Sze Fat Cho - Xilo GuZhiWu's opponent 3 times and last hit is heavy to stomach*. While his opponent is aching, Xilo will quickly Hosenka his opponent and instead of a final kick, he will use his drum and smack the opponent hard on the face, sending the opponent flying across the opposite screen. (Xilo will do a Yata pose, but instead of a straight up he will do a Sailor Moon V fingered pose)
